1) They are using a new company for 2019 audit. I just don't see a 3rd time being the charm with RBSM and I am sure Roger got an earful from investors about looking for a better firm (at least that was one of my suggestions to the company).
2) I expect the 2019 audit filing before end of March/early April if they are not using RBSM.
Again, it may seem overly optimistic, but regardless, I am committed for the long haul. Nobody twisted my arm to buy into the story here. I made that conscious decision on my own after doing my DD and I still see the potential despite the setbacks.
I could be totally wrong on my assumptions above, but I am still looking forward to a comeback year for FUNN. And I don't see the PPS going down into the $.02's as some are predicting.
