The likelihood that assets could be "stolen away" is virtually zero since there are HF's with huge holdings of Preferred and Common stock. What everyone should be concerned about is whether there was and now is anything left to be distributed. As things currently stand, it doesn't look that way IMO.

If that kind of money came back to us after the BK, then the entire BK court judge and all would go to jail for fraud IMO.. It ain't gonna happen.
