I'm asking everyone on the board to stop fighting over 75/25 or any other "how to split the pie" issues.

The distribution split is what it is. None of us can change it at this point. Case in point: Alice Griffin. She couldnt even change 1% split for the preferreds...

So stop this silly fighting. We are so close to the endzone. Let's all be united and try to make sure retail is not screwed at the last minute because we missed some administrative legal filing requirement.

We are all going to be paid. Let's stay united at this last critical juncture so that we can all celebrate in Vegas as friends after this 12 year Odyssey.
