Therein Is The Fallacy Of Misinformation,

The assumption that Biel Is a Penny Stock and Will Behave as a Penny Stock Forever.

I Understand The Dreams of Pennyland and the Psychology, I don't Believe Biel To Ultimately
Be a Penny Stock, and That Biel has been held back by the FDA. Has Biel, Received FDA
Clearance in 2009 there would be a whole different Story here Now.

In 2014 FDA Admitted Their Mistake and Gave Biel A Redo.
If The FDA Grants Clearance Now as They Should in the Next Few Weeks
Biel Will Be Anything BUT a Penny Stock In the Future.
The Stock Will Perform as Any Penny Stock That was Once a Penny Stock and Made it Out
and On To a Higher Exchange Due To Substantial and Increasing Value.
Monster Energy Would Be A Great Comparative Example.
