The share structure determines the market cap, so it cannot be nonsense!

Market cap can only rule when the company is producing, when it's not the share structure rules!

In penny land traders will look at a stock with a small OS, and nothing else going for it, and run that stock up like crazy, seen it many times!

In penny land it's all psychological, speculation and hype, until a real company with solid numbers comes along- that's when market cap and fundamentals rule!

Maybe BIEL will get there, but it's not there yet!
