The FDIC was responsible and failed to do so....Debtors, BR, EC, none of them could find this 30B were not looking or cared for the find.....BR stated he was for equity but as we all know he was lying to protect JPM.....
they all know about it I bet.. but they all feign "I don't know" or it's not within the BK's purview.. and hence nothing's been done about trying to get it back or making JPM pay for it..
