Hosen was working this BK and the same time working with JPM....You bet there was a conflict of interest......That is one of the reason he switched firms.....Who switches firms when you are collecting hundreds of millions of dollars in fee to go with a new firm.......His old firm did not want any kick backs and knew that would happen.......When he switched firms we should have asked for new counsel......
