I have no issue with LP and others not buying stock. My issue is with the constant posts asserting they are.
Your assertion she bought shares from the company, thus funding it, is false.
LP owns 29,511,759 shares. She did not buy a single one of these from the company. She picked them up (along with and equal number of warrants) in exchange for nominally $5M of unpaid debt which we know little about (unpaid debt is often worth far less than face value).
The rest of LP's holdings are options and warrants.
The only investment in NWBO by LP in over a decade that I am aware of is the $5.4M loan that has been paid back. Given they were in process of selling Sawston, they could have tacked on and extra $5M to the mortgage for about the same cost as the LP note w/o having to cough up the warrants and convert option.
