The post was not really primarily about Linda controlling of not controlling. The point was that you said they were just shares she owned that was untrue.

Additionally, these are restricted shares. All of them. You’re argument was that she could or could not buy on the “open market”, that is not what this transaction apparently represents.

I believe this transaction was related to contractual obligations driven by corporate transactions, and these factors taken together do not necessarily validate your original claim, though the original poster you were answering is likely incorrect as well as to her not being able to buy on the open market.

Executives who give their investment dollars to third-parties rather than directly to the company, are in my opinion, buying on the secondary market, from other traders, and therefore giving their dollars to other traders, only for manipulative purposes. Linda Powers owns a considerable number of shares. She has bought them directly from the company, on the same terms as other investors in those same transactions. Her dollars, rather than going to some other random investor on the “open market”, have gone instead directly to the company and to paying its bills. In my opinion, she has kept the company consistently afloat. And this is why she is constantly the subject of attacks and second guessing.
