Tibby it is Barrick that has said that they have all of the necessary paperwork to mine Pascua Lama. Even MTStack has now published the contract with Villar that shows Barrick in the drivers seat but yet they have not mined one single ounce. So something is definitely wrong with their story. Now on the other hand we have JL that says he has the original titles and can mine anytime. Yet as we have also seen that JL has not mined one single ounce. So they are in court and they have been in court fighting this dilema for the last 20 years. My whole point is that the last two standing is Barrick and JL. One of the last two must have title. Only the courts once the battle is over will determine who has title!!!!!!
