Newgold says that because Barrick has not mined Pascua Lama that this is the reason they do not have proper title rights.That may be true.

After 20 years of trying to clear up the story neither has Jorge Lopehandia clear and unencumbered titles as he has sated to MWR shareholders way back when the money started to flow to him for the option agreement.

Newgold can you or anyone herein provide one just one legal ruling from the many courts in Chile that supports the Lopehandia claims to title ownership extracted from his merry band of mining entrepreneurs.

Torres may not have been the best choice for legal representation but then who else would have taken this on after the breakup with Salinas.

The counter forces are great, perhaps too great in the end.
