There probably is some truth in what Webber and Cabo are saying. AON is a broker, not a lender. They have been working on this for 2 or so years. AON has a large intellectual property department that has been ramped up to broker these type of transaction. Follow this link:

The broker gets the insurance company and the lender together. The issue those other posters bring up are valid. If Cool Tech has a giant broker like AON on board, why can they not close this financing deal? What is the true valuation of the patents and how much can they get. My guess is closer to the $7 million than the $1 million if the non-dilutive financing does close. If that occurs, then a turn-around would be in the works. The only problem is what is holding this up if AON is on board and had recently stated something will happen in a few weeks. That is the big question.
