The problem with the loan of money on their IP is there is currently no product ready for market that uses their IP. They have a patent submission on MG technology that has been abandoned twice in the last five years after being rejected. Current submission on that is waiting for review and has been in that state for 2 years. They have zero IP on MG technology. Only thermal cooling in motors/generators and brakes. Currently their MG product does not use a generator with there IP cooling patented technology because it is not ready for market without more investment in testing and finalizing development. Last test showed "unexpected variations" in temperature in generator which is bad bad bad.
