I am still irritated 11 years later, what they did to WaMu. I can't imagine what you felt.

I had my accounts there since the Home Savings and Loan days, my mortgage, etc.

I still remember getting a refi offer from Chase after the takeover, lowering my mortgage interest out of the blue, and wondering why would they do that. They are NOT a benevolent company.

Years later, I realized they were just trying to clean up the title mess, and I helped them do that.

Argh...
