I have Class 19, and Class 22....Before BK11 No one was buying class 19 much because whether in BK private Contract or being Recalled...P,K are getting FV+interests accumulated since 2008 in our wamu case...Class 22 is what major holders are holding against popular injected belief ....Bonderman, Tepper, and all holding their $4 + Billions in class 22 ....Read the book called House of Cards....Now, State Laws always supersede Private Contracts...Read Pref BK laws...Now as far as ***FAIR AND REASONABLE*??? My Estimate of fair and reasonable for Class 22 is $90 Plus Divy for 12 years....$90+24=$114 and Up....All the Best
