Come on man they gave them restricted shares. They can't sell those shares right away.In fact Starlit probably realizes this deal will have a higher value in a year + once the revenue potential hits Funn's books.
Don't you think that was the discussion between the two companies?
Give me a break this was a great deal for both companies

Wow that statement is completely disconnected from how companies grow, the basics of a growth company, financing acquisitions, cash flows, everything related to FUNN and its business.
