Wow that statement is completely disconnected from how companies grow, the basics of a growth company, financing acquisitions, cash flows, everything related to FUNN and its business.

This acquisition is Exceptional.

- Entry into US distribution
- Canadian competition swallowed up
- West coast expansion
- Now have number ONE and TWO distribution in Canada, pretty much a monopoly on the entire country
