What amazes me is how tenacious they are in preventing DBMM to get uplisted.

According to me it only means one thing- this this is going big - like really big.
There are 1000 of grey stock out there but they are putting all effort on DBMM.

Please explain if you can....she is filing it to her employer, the SEC?
What can they do? I would think an "appeal" of the judge's decision would go to a higher court. What does her petition seek to do? Thx.

Like we expected - no surprises, hence why it's important to not be as definitively affirmative, nothing new here...I remember not sure if it was you or someone else stating that she had taken this too personally. Perhaps, wants some shares cause this will keep going on till it's finalized. Dboommm. DBMM has great clients, is a great company and is needed. It needs this win. Also, now we know the 21 days was not business days. Maranda will win this. Let's all send positive thoughts for an unprecedented win.
