I actually spoke with Samantha yesterday she confirmed the appeal but in my opinion just from listening to her she did not sound confident. After also speaking with Maranda this appeal will be dismissed and the Judges Initial Decision will stand . DO not be freaked out people this was going to happen they always do this crap on the last day . Just to mess with companies . In DBMM case all the facts are there and this is already won . All you can do is pick up more shares.
