If you add all the volume in past week - It's 25-30 million
Not sure how you arrived at 50 million
The volume above 0.0065 was just 2 million last week, then came the filing
Today is the highest volume in many days, filing helped DBMM a lot

How is it possible to sell that many shares above 0.0065 ? on Friday
