Just had a second conversation a few minutes ago with Maranda Fritz (lawyer for DBMM)

SO its looking great . Even if the SEC does appeal tomorrow and this is a bid IF because at this point it would be a waste of resources .Since their own Judge gave the verdict on this case .

I quote : the decision on this case was won in favor of DBMM and very unlikely to be overturned even with an appeal.
