What about the 9m between ACS and SFT?

For the money clients pay, channel partner gets 85%, SFT gets 15%. If you are right about the partnership and if ACS sells $100, will ACS get $95, , CSI gets $15, and then CSA keeps 85% of $15, and gives SFT 15% of $15?
