The contract is with cybersafety inc ( not ACS , ACS is csi channel partner ) ask kAY about that pay process or read the csi license agreement

Distributor/Reseller is authorized to resell the following Product(s) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, If Distributor/Reseller breaches any term of this Agreement, StrikeForce may revoke Distributor/Reseller's authorization to resell the Products.


The Percentage Payment shall be payable to STI by the 15th of each month for all Malware Suite licenses which Distributor/Reseller (csi) was paid for in the prior month.
So if acs decides to only pay csi partial payment csi only has to pay sfor percentage of that partial payment

Whats the contract between acs and csi?? You will never know as csi is a subsidiary corporation of acs but they are 2 different corporate entities with different addresses and liabilities
