That all makes sense.....But the part of the DS HM posted indicated that EQUITY cusips issued to SHAREHOLDERS who sign releases would be cancelled. ....it didnt read Debt cusips or bond cusips. It read Equity cusips issued to shareholders.....is that not us?
Where I said PIERS first got an escrow then dollar valued LTI --- it may have been that PIERS at first were promised LT status but had no dollar value - at first and when such dollar value was set it was the full expected and paid out over a long time period
