Yes it is, our Escrow Cusips will be cancelled once the remaining COOP shares in the DEE are distributed after closure of the BK cases.

A Cusip is a number used to identify a stock or company...these are issued to ALL stocks, bonds and companies and is not controlled by the WMILT.

Cusips have nothing to do with the COOP shares being distributed but Escrow Cusips do because that's the sole reason they were created by the POR7.

AZ is wrongly confusing ESCROW Cusips issued by the POR7 with the Cusips issued by the DTC/Wall Street....they are clearly not the same.
