You can look at things positively, negatively, or objectively. I believe I am assesing the situation objectively. Obviously, everyone has there own opinion for there own reasons.

So MUCH Bullshit It's Because the FUNN Execs are not as smart as their educational background suggests. FUNN Execs are logistics and supply chain subject matter experts. FUNN's Publishing staff were deemed highly experienced by FUNN execs.

FUNN's Publishing Subsidiary is made up of the old, Bankrupt Morning crew; the same people who drove Morning to bankruptcy to begin with.

FUNN describes the employees below.

I'm pretty sure the "new" supplier isn't using old world methods and manufacturing cards by hand, one by one. ROFLMA.

The equipment for manufacturing product are automated and run off computers. This probably isn't the "new" supplier's first rodeo.

Are you saying that the Original Morning Crew didn't know the specs of the card game? and that prior specs had to be totally changed?

That the staff never exported the original card game out of France before? Huh?

That the staff never encountered issues w/ Customs?

Or how to correctly design a tag per a country's requirements?

Wally's pilot wholesale order is 16+ months old now.

apart from Wally's order July 2018,
FUNN sold 0 large wholesale orders in all of FY19
FUNN has sold 0 large wholesale orders for FY20Q1 and FY20Q2

FUNN filled 0 wholesale orders in all of FY19

BWAHAHAHAAHAHAH Worst excuse EVER

‘Morning’ will continue to be run by a group of six experienced professionals within the industry from France as Snakes & Lattes Publishing SAS. Amfil Technologies Inc. will assist where possible to continue growing the line of published games, expanding the brand and distribution to additional countries and helping out with promoting and distributing the new games.

The company is very pleased to have acquired ‘Morning’ and be working with such great talent in the industry to bring to market and expand the vision of the original creators of various board game titles. Snakes & Lattes Inc. continues its growth and expansion through this vertically integrated acquisition and we anticipate a bright future coming from and working with the team at ‘Morning’.

you contract to have a game manufactured, especially one that has already been done, you should be able to have a very good idea of delivery date.

Not nearly as simple when you have a new supplier in another country for the first time, never qualified the the design or the runs before, never shipped your product globally before...Plus they were just acquired, that had to also have impacted resources and systems that would normally be dedicated to getting the line up and running. They had to change manufactures, start a new contract, start a new line...on and on...

What important is it is done and up and running and product is being shipped and distributed globally. The revenue stream faucet has been turned on and the spigot will remain open going forward. I look forward to all the growth and scale, and overcoming every single kink that will come along with doing it.
