I agree with your Synopsis - but - with the low AS & OS, and the mgmt holding 50% of the company stock - it is hard to understand how the MM's could have so much power over the trading activity!

We should be trading at a minimum = .45/.50+ right now !

Just doesn't make sense! - Imo

Yesterday ALPP closed at .0166 today it closed at .0165 ..the MMs make more in commission/fees keeping it even. This is on Think or Swim platform.
