Exactly. The arguement that they wanted to be in class 19 instead of 18 makes no sense.

I am pretty sure the UWs were placed in class 18 in the last PoR and agreed to being moved to class 19 after the fact. They were not forced to go to class 19. In fact if they disagree with being in class 19 and prefer being in class 18 they should be supporting AG's legal action instead of opposing it.
