It is very possible that the new guy will be the CEO of the FUNN ticker and Roger will follow the spinoffs.... If they find a stud CEO it benefits Roger to step aside, because he is a large shareholder....
Then he can merge the spinoff tickers into new companies and continue to do what he enjoys, which is find/acquire small companies with potential.
