It is very possible that the new guy will be the CEO of the FUNN ticker and Roger will follow the spinoffs.... If they find a stud CEO it benefits Roger to step aside, because he is a large shareholder....

Then he can merge the spinoff tickers into new companies and continue to do what he enjoys, which is find/acquire small companies with potential.

Ben won’t be searching for new opportunities, he loves snakes. It is his heart. This is why he is willing to step aside and make sure it succeeds... let’s also not forget that even if Ben steps aside he is still a director of FUNN.
