That would make sense IF there was any trust built between the company and shareholders. As it stands, very few believe what comes out of their mouths. BUT management should report on the status of lawsuits, etc...

What does a law firm have to do with a lawyer being professional in speaking to shareholders???????? It is very professional for this lawyer to speak to shareholders since he is retained on behalf of the company to represent shareholders interests.

There is an ABSOLUTE NEED for the lawyer to give us a status report. The company has not provided an update since January.

As I noted before, a municipality hires a solicitor and that solicitor speaks to the public on behalf of the municipality to explain legal issues. Likewise here, there is nothing unprofessional for Daniel to ask the attorney to speak as to the status of the legal proceedings.

The only unprofessional act would be to muzzle the attorney as Daniel is attempting to do. That's similar to muzzling a transfer agent to hide the share structure.

Daniel wants to keep the shareholders in the dark on the dim prospects of this lawsuit and others.
