Just in case anybody was interested in their answer as to why we won't be talking to the lawyer here is their response to my question...

It isn’t professional because this isn’t a law firm, lawyers work for management which has fiduciary duties towards shareholders. There is absolutely no need for shareholders questioning or hearing directly from lawyers retained by BRK. It is a costly misuse of shareholder funds.
