We own the parent company as well. Detaching the markers from WMB after we get our "fair and reasonable" but our link to WMI does not disappear. If it did, then that is piercing the corporate veil as POR7 would then have a detrimental effect on our ownership of WMI. I do not believe this was spelled out in POR7.
The markers are for shares that represent the entire company of WMI including but not limited to WMB. We did not give up our rights as owners to WMI in POR7. Therefore, the markers can not be cancelled until the bankruptcy for WMI is complete.
IMHO, to the best of my understanding! I tell ya, someone is going to see some feathers fly. I would not get in Alice's way, HM... scary scary... oooooo...
