I suggest you read, and re-read pg 30 of the filing. They explain why the Markers are being cancelled. Escrows were created SOLELY for the distribution of shares held in the DEE...NOT CASH!!!. Once the remaining 128K shares are distributed to Class 22, they have no further purpose and as such will be cancelled. Not sure how you came up with that corporate veil theory since it has zero application here.
