Absolutely right! Could be at ANY time now. That 21 days is the max. IMO, it’s gonna be next week and then the chase is on for anybody not already loaded.
That was exactly my gut feeling in my previous post "SEC lost and issued all letters/hidden documents, means case closed !" Could/will happen anyday from now :)

There is no connection whatsoever between uploading letters and whether a petition will occur!
