Something to keep in mind.

SEC has to file an order of finality and can petition WITHIN 21 days not IN 21 days. There's a difference meaning if they choose not to petition and go straight to filing the order of finality, it could happen much sooner than the 21 day period.

Given the fact that the SEC has now uploaded all the previous letters that DBMM filed that weren't previously available to us before, I think it's conclusive to say that they aren't going to petition and will move to file the Order of Finality.

Wouldn't want to be caught chasing. Would be funny if the order goes through say tomorrow? :)
