Follow up example only using pertinent pps from past few days.
Let’s say an individual has 10 mill shares & sells 2.5 mill retaining 7.5 mill.
Layering - 500,000 @ .002 / .0021 / .0022 / .0023 / .0024
= $5,500.00 w/ avg of .0022
Allowing pps progression / bid support pps is most likely sitting @ .0023
Remaining 7.5 mill = $17,250.00

Smothering - 1.5 mill @ .002 / 1 mill @ .0021
= $5,100.00 w/ avg @ .00204
Now pps is most likely @ .002
Remaining 7.5 mill = $15,000.00
Loss of immediate Realized $ 400.00 / Unrealized $ 2,250.00
Total $ 2650.00
Do that 10 times in one year
