The problem here is that if this is the case we could have been told and should have been told and it could have been done in a politically correct way. Also it would be pretty irresponsible of NWBO to let the folks in Europe make changes like that in the first place as we have paid a heavy price for no great advantage.

Based on these two factors that explanation for the enrollment halt does not work very well.

I think, because of their past, the Germans are more careful about ethical experimentation. That has been my view from the very beginning. That can’t be disclosed, or it will ruin a trial. I do not believe they even necessarily disclose it to the company.
