You are still under the impression that this is a filing company. They are planning on becoming an audited company by the 2nd quarter of 2020. At that point, we will have filings.
Until then, we will not see an 8k with actual terms of the loan. We will however see a PR that explains everything on a 6th grade level.
Instead of claiming someone lies, just ask and we will explain it.
