Comparing the P/R's to the OTCM filings it is obvious there are false and misleading statements as both can't be fact.

There is certainly nothing that keeps Sharp from providing investors with the name of the lender - the Promissory note with the terms and conditions - this is another example of Sharp lacking any transparency.

You don't have to be a SEC filer to provide truthful information to investors.
