So what you are saying is shorts are covering at overbought levels so that they can turn around and short again tomorrow?

I knew it, you really do think the stock is manipulated when it goes up and manipulated when it goes down... couldn't possibly be a tug-o-war at resistance between bulls and bears (and bulls are making significant progress upwards).

Or...swing traders are anticipating a positive earnings report and are buying positions to sell the +5% pop like what happened in July.

Back in the $1 to $3 days, every 2 cent drop brought "Manipulation by the naked shorts!!!!!" on Stocktwits. Every so often we get a good day, and I'd post, "Seven cents up!!! Naked manipulation by the longs!!!! Somebody knows something!!!" and the responses'd be crazy.

CJR once posted, "We're on different sides of the continent, but even so, I caught a whiff of sarcasm."

Manipulation works best when the name is headed that way anyway.
