Hi Kab, why do you think the last financing reduced the financing before it? I think it was in addition to the first one... with same parties, which is why they could do it (overcome the will not sell within the next 30 days clause). I could be wrong, but I’d be surprised if I was.

Meanwhile the latest $2.2M financing was discovered to have been reduced to only $700k.
