As exW had pointed out, the number of shares cited were not cumulative (see below) and that it makes sense to me that implies that the first one simply didn't close and instead got replaced by the second one. I agree that's just an assumption and we don't know for sure one way or the other.

BTW 2.2M is only enough for one month at the recent cash burn rate so even if that one also closed, we're still due for another raise now or very soon.
