#54994 RE: Japbrat #54991

You are dead on here, I could find no evidence of any one of these companies every having done business anywhere at any point in time.

The best part is that they all have names similar to actual companies, presumably to hope a few people are confused by the distinction. Volta Communications is a joint venture between the government of Ghana and voltacomm, a german company. Eq8 solutions is a british telecom company. Bel aire communications is an actual company incorporated in alabama that sells wireless services.

None are in any way related to the empty shell companies registered by joe monterosso in florida and claimed by GTE as wholly owned subsidiaries.

This is the joe monterosso that I know and love though, I feel like I've been reunited with a long lost brother. Three companies with no assets, no operations, and no employees, all sharing the same office space located above the Doyle Street cafe on 5515 Doyle Street in Emeryville, CA.

It's actually a four star restaurant according to one website, so at least we know joe monterosso and the zero other employees working for these three companies were not going hungry:

As you pointed out, globetel is legally required to disclose the dissolution of these 5 wholly owned subs on an 8-k report, though I doubt this matter is that high on the list of things the SEC has to investigate here.

(The original poster missed two:

FWIW, you will get your run before the fizzle, anything the company releases as PR now has an instant sense of credibility to it as most people would assume no one is dumb enough and insane enough to publish lies in the midst of an SEC investigation.
