They would have to be close to something substantial to drag it out otherwise why file for the extension. I think that is them saying we WILL file the 10k when we finish what we are doing....

I honestly don't think Annual Report will show us much.... im just trying to see what has happened to the overdue notes that were due/late.

It would be nice to see who received those restricted shares also, this would tell us a lot I think.

Im more looking forward to see what NMS Consulting has done for Cerebain, and this is "supposed" to be released after 10k (Annual Report). Consulting Companies do help, and the Managing Partner Trevor Saliba is known in his "circle."

It has held its price, actually has went up since the 3rd of October, and kept its price steady even after the "stop sign" on OTC Markets.

Report is late, PPS has went up.... I think its too late to drop as low as you think in the near future. I could be wrong as I have been before, but I haven't sold a share yet.
