I see two possible scenario’s here.

1. CBBT has absolutely nothing to report except more negative earnings, no new product updates or info to report, and don’t want this tumbling to .0002 because it will be dropped like a hot rock in a scramble of investors making their way to the door.

2. We say hypothetically the prescribed filing date is 15 trading calendar days following the day they were late to file per the NT 10-K which would be the 5th of November.

Question is: what prescribed filing date is Alan Klitenic - CBBT investor relations referring to in the message below?

It can’t be the 15th of October...that date has come and gone....nothing released.

Can’t be the 22nd of October if you go by 15 calendar trading days. That too has come and gone.

Way more questions then answers.

At least it’s holding it’s ground for the moment between
.0009 and .0010 but IMO this trading won’t hold much longer if shareholders are left in the dark and decide to no longer “stay patient”.

I have been advised by the company that the 10k is still on track to be released no later than the fifteenth trading calendar day following the prescribed filing date.There are some outstanding valuation questions that need to be signed off on by the auditors since this is a 10 k filing.

Once that is done then it will be released. Stay patient as it will be filed. Thank you.
