Thats up to the Fins, the Sec and their accountants...I don’t have to prove it, not do I have to investigate it. If k provide the trades and PR’s, they will do the rest...if there is something illegal
Going on they will find it. If not they will dismiss it and move on....thats how finra whistleblowers work.
