Ok lots of ifs there. If you knew the history of this company, you will know there have been multiple complaints made due to the previous management. New management is trying to clean the mess up.. a delay in releasing fins is an issue due to confidence due to the past issues. But If they come through on future dates they can rebuild trust again. I will give them a pass on this one. Like I said, it's easy to say what could have been done, but I'm not behind the scenes so I can't.
