That was the time frame that Rosen indicated.

once he files then the judge will schedule the hearing before EOY. ?

It may be the reason for the WMI Liquidating Trust requesting a scheduling of an Omnibus Hearing on 12/17/19.?

This is how I believe the process will go...…


1) All outstanding issues surrounding the Bk's are resolved...Class 18, AG etc.

2) BR files Motion to close the Bk cases.

3) Court acknowledges Motion and sets future date for hearing.

4) Between filing of Motion and hearing, any opposed to Motion can file objections.

5) 14 days before hearing Final Report on Bk's must be filed with the court.

6) At hearing if no objections are filed, Motion to close is approved...JMW signs order and discharges cases at future date.

7) Answers to a decade+ long question that will result in Happy Days, or a Total Meltdown...for some!!!
