10/31/19 1) All outstanding issues surrounding the Bk's are resolved...Class 18, AG etc. BR files Motion to close the Bk cases.
10/22/19 2) Court acknowledges Motion and sets future date for hearing.
10/22-12/17/19 3) Between filing of Motion and hearing, any opposed to Motion can file objections.
12/4/19 4) 14 days before hearing Final Report on Bk's must be filed with the court.
12/17/19 " 5) At hearing if no objections are filed, Motion to close is approved...JMW signs order and discharges cases at future date.
6) Answers to a decade+ long question that will result in Happy Days, or a Total Meltdown...for some!!!"
